A lock is spent once and does not come back.
When it is spent
The moment a handset scans the QR and comes under management, one lock is stamped with that phone's IMEI. A sale that never happens costs you nothing.
When it does not come back
The plan is paid off, the phone is sold on, the record is removed — the lock stays spent in every case.
Re-enrolling is free
If the same handset is reset and enrols again, it reattaches the lock it already holds. Two locks are never spent on one phone.
If you run out
A new financed sale will not register — you are stopped at the counter, not after the customer has gone home. Buy a pack and the same QR completes.
What a lock includes
- The whole dashboard: customers, instalments, payments, receipts, reports
- The bilingual contract and on-screen signature
- The relay app that sends reminders from your own SIM
- Staff accounts, role-based access, and a full audit trail
What it does not include
- A payment gateway — money reaches your account directly, never through us
- An SMS operator account — for now reminders go from your own handset's SIM
- WhatsApp messaging
